Handcrafted Rollerball Pen Curly Redwood Gold/Chrome

What an elegant, classy handcrafted Rollerball Pen made from Curly Redwood.  It is finished in a gold finish with chrome accents.  Curly Redwood is a deep red with oranges and browns and has a striking grain pattern.  The curly pattern changes as you move the pen for a really neat effect.  It is really a nice pen.  It feels great to hold and has a fantastic weight.   

This Rollerball Pen has been handcrafted by turning a blank of Curly Redwood and finishing it to a mirror polish.  All external components are finished with a Gold color finish with Chrome accents.  The finish will provide durable and dependable service. This is a Rollerball pen (not ballpoint) pen which has a separate cap to cover the pen.  The cap does post (that is, it can screw onto the back of the pen).  It writes very smoothly and easily.  (This pen can be converted to a Fountain pen, if desired.  Just send me an e-mail if you are interested in the Fountain pen.)

The pen is very stylish and shows well in all lighting conditions. The pen will make a memorable gift for any occasion, such as a Birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Graduation Day, Bosses or Secretaries Day.

The pen is constructed first by hand selecting each piece of wood and then turning the pen to final shape. The pen is then sanded 7 times with progressively finer grits (180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200) of sandpaper to create a very smooth surface.  The surface is polished to a mirror like shine using 12 polishing steps to create a showroom quality finish.  It is finished with a hand application on a preservation wax.

The pen comes with your choice of  ink color (blue or black) and a drawstring pen pouch. Replacement ink can easily be found at most office supply stores or can be ordered from Mazurka Pens. You'll also receive a Certificate of Authenticity with each pen ordered.  Product dimensions are the approximate size of the pen.

The pen in the picture is the one you will receive. If you are interested in multiple pens, please contact us. Since each pen is a unique work of art, exact duplicates are not possible. But, we will do our best to create duplicates of the pen, using the same wood and finish.
